The Lodge
Our fly-in lodge, was started in 1981 and is proudly owner operated. The resort sits at the west end of remote 17 kilometre long Blachford Lake, just north of the east arm of Great Slave Lake. Accommodations for 35 include 5 rustic but comfortable log cabins and a main lodge with full bathroom facilities. A traditional 18' teepee, BBQ and picnic area, and open decks are available for various activities. Guests can enjoy our sauna and outdoor hot tub.
On hand is a range of equipment for your sporting and recreational pleasure, including boats, motors, canoes, kayaks, cross country skis, snowshoes and ice fishing gear.
Our dining room/ board room can host 38 people comfortably, or can be divided to provide separate meeting space for 26 / 12 people. Various other rooms and areas can be utilized for breakaway meeting spaces and private work areas.
The main lodge is the only lodge in the Northwest Territories with full service facilities in winter and summer, including hot showers and running water, full electricity, fully stocked bar, and a high calibre chef providing gourmet meals.
