VALEMOUNT LODGE
 Our
newest lodge opened in Valemount for the 1998-1999
season. Designed specifically for private groups
of up to 10 people, its secluded location (away
from town yet accessible by road) makes it a very
special place. |

The lodge has a dining room,
living room, fireplace, whirlpool, drying room, ski
shop, television, phones and business services, massage
practitioner and 10 guest rooms, each with private
bath.

The
vast area of the Cariboo Mountains offers a great
variety of skiing, from steep and long, exciting tree
runs like the Monashees to spectacular wide-open
glaciers. The entire Valemount area has been set aside
to serve only one small, private group. A private group
has the ability to select the best snow on any given day
in this huge area. Since each group is accompanied by
two guides who are also experienced ski instructors, it
allows for a high level of service not only for the
Heli-Skiing experts but also for first time deep snow
skiers. Valemount private weeks include unlimited
vertical metres and return transportation from Calgary
by private chartered plane (weather permitting). Its
location is surrounded by three impressive mountain
ranges; the Monashee, Cariboo and Rocky Mountains. With
great flexibility, fine dining and newly opened
accommodations, Valemount meets the requirements of
Heli-Skiers seeking a new dimension in Heli-Skiing.
