       PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
  • The master bedroom in the upper loft has a king size bed and your private 4 piece ensuite features a stand alone shower and a 2 person jacuzzi tub. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with queen size beds and they share the main bath with double wash basins and a huge overflow tub with a rain shower centered over the tub. Downstairs in the walk out basement you'll be greeted by the plush carpet that leads you to the entertainment centre and the large, tile topped, L-shaped bar. To the side you will find the final two bedrooms and the ultra modern bathroom with a fabulous glassed in steam shower. Deck space abounds on the lake side of the cottage and there is a spacious screened in Muskoka room off the end of the cottage. You can enjoy the great outdoors from patio furniture or from the 8 person hot tub that overlooks the waterfront. Enjoy campfires and story telling by the lakeside firepit and take a quiet evening paddle out on this small secluded lake. With very little boat traffic and so few cottages on the lake, your privacy is assured. Swimming is mostly done from the dock as the shoreline has been left to reflect the natural beauty of the area.
  •    LOCATION
  • West Guilord in the Haliburton Highlands about 2 1/2hrs north of Toronto. The village of Eagle Lake is about 5mins away for groceries and LCBO outlet. The town of Haliburton for shopping and most other amenities is 20mins. Close to golf, skiing and the Haliburton Wildlife Centre.
  •    TESTIMONIALS
  • "...The cottage is one of the best places for an executive retreat.
I have used it as a place to facilitate multiple teams through dialogue as well as using it for myself on a time of quiet reflection. It is pure luxury as well as being situated in the heart of natural countryside. Whether it is for a family getaway, a small conference, or a business development opportunity I would highly recommend this well kept facility..."
