Riders meet at the office at 10:00 am and are transported by van to the stables. There you will by met by your guides and horses and mount up for the 10 mile ride to the first lodge, via glacier-fed waters of the Bow River, Healy and Brewster Creeks.
Day 2:
The adventure continues southward with a ride up the next lodge. The trail winds along the historic Strom pack trail with rugged Sundance Range dominating the eastern horizon.
Day 3:
After a goods night rest at the lodge and a hearty breakfast you start on the day's ride. You may visit the headwaters of Brewster Creek or see breathtaking views at the top of Allenby Pass, an elevation of 8100 ft.
Day 4:
After a warm good bye to the lodge you will head back to the first lodge for two nights.
Day 5:
This day begins with a hearty breakfast and a ride up Fatigue Creek. At midday, both horses and riders will enjoy a restful break in the Fatigue Valley. The lofty heights of the Continental Divide provide spectacular vistas of both Alberta and British Columbia.
Day 6:
One last day on the trail, a soft 10 mile ride from the lodge back to the stables, arriving approximately 4:30 pm.
