ABOUT THIS REGION  WHITEWATER RAFTING

Extreme sportrafting on the Kicking Horse River

Ever wonder what whitewater rafting guides do for fun? Designed for the experienced rafter only, this Extreme tour is the next step in whitewater excitement. This is the ultimate rush, traveling down the Kicking Horse, one of North America’s most exciting whitewater rivers. The 13ft “Maravia Spider” sportraft gives you the ability to maximize every river feature. With a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 people at a time the Extreme Whitewater tour will give you the challenges you’ve been waiting for. The trip starts off in the calmer, slower sections of the upper canyon, giving you a chance to learn and practice safety and self-rescue techniques. Rafters must demonstrate they can mentally and physically meet the demands of the rapids to come.
