The trip can be done in one day, leaving Whitehorse by 7:45 a.m. and returning to Whitehorse by approximately 7:30 p.m. We do not provide transportation to the river, but do provide a courtesy shuttle from the end of the trip back to your vehicle at the put-in. Vehicle rentals and a map to the river location can be arranged in Whitehorse.

| Requirements: Towel, change of clothes, wool socks, wool or fleece top, shoes that can get wet. |
| Suggested Items: Camera, daypack, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle. |
| Suggested Clothing: Fleece or wool clothes (no cotton), swimsuit, shoes that can get wet, wool socks. |

| Equipment Provided: Self-bailing rafts and equipment, wetsuits, helmets, paddling jackets. |
| Transportation: Trips originate and end on the river, about a 3 hour drive from Whitehorse, Yukon. |
| Accommodations: Not included in the package but available at local hotels, lodges, motels and bed & breakfasts. |
| Meal Information: Lunch included on the river. |
| Guide Information: The guides are all anxious to show you the best possible time on your holiday. The guides have been operating rafting trips on the Tatshenshini River for the past 14 years. Your guides are professionals trained in the latest river rescue techniques as well as being certified in wilderness first aid. |
| Weather Information: Average summer temperatures range between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius. Weather can be unpredictable and high winds and low cloud cover can occur, reducing the travel speed on the river. |
