We will use our team division techniques to divide into random teams (or as required) Teams will consist of a varied number of participants, depending on group size. These teams will each be competing against each other teams to successfully design, build or market a specified product or idea! The facilitators can certainly frame these programs to meet your specific theme, as necessary, so the exact imitative is to be determined. The options are endless! Whatever framing we chose however, you can guarantee it will be unique, challenging and definitely memorable! Resources will be supplied for this event. In addition, teams will be given buyer chips and will be able to earn additional ones from the start. These chips are used to buy additional resources from our Store. If you need it, we'll probably have it available! From wigs to building material, its all there! Teams will be able to purchase all the resources and tools necessary to design and build their ideas. Once complete, teams will be present on stage… before the entire Group and our Executive! We will even have music available for teams to play during the presentations. Once this Executive portion is complete, one team will be the points winner and will be celebrated as the successful Apprentice Team. Then the awards… the 'Signing Bonus' for the entire team! This program is always a great team builder. A fun and exciting opportunity to explore what is takes for each team to work together toward a common and extremely unique goal. The experiences are always memorable, and offer a great opportunity for us to be flexible in your program design.

| Transportation: Programs are mostly offered in various locations in the foothills and Rocky Mountains of Alberta, however these programs are portable and locations are flexible. |
| Accommodations: Not included in the program but available at local hotel, lodges and inns. |
| Guide Information: Your facilitators are leaders in their field with a range of experiences. Dynamic, flexible, empowering and skilled. They have exceptional skills in various areas of business and they know how to make the transfer.
The facilitation teams are the absolute building block for our business. We feel success on the facilitator level is based on patience, experience, hard skill knowledge, soft skill expertise, a research-based mind, creativity and exceptional communication skills.
