Salmon and halibut fishing charters in northern BC

Fish some of the most productive waters in Canada on these saltwater fishing charter for salmon and halibut. Your guides are based out of Kitimat or Prince Rupert, British Columbia and will take you out on their 26 foot Robalo to fish the northwest Pacific as far west as the Queen Charlotte Islands. They will deliver world class fishing for Spring (also known as Chinook, Tyee and King), Coho (also known as Silver), Pink and Sockeye (also known as Red) Salmon, Halibut, Ling Cod and Snapper.

The boat is a rugged Robalo 26 foot, twin engine fishing machine with full walk-around side decks, cuddy with galley featuring Alcohol / Electric stove, Norcold 12V fridge, Stainless steel sink and pressure water system and head. This boat is clean, with low hours on twin 225 hp Mercury EFI outboards with freshwater flush. Hardtop with enclosure, drop curtain, and gold anodized rocket launchers. Electronics - Furuno Radar, Raymarine Auto Pilot , Garmin GPS, Sounder and plotter, and Standard VHF. Two insulated fish boxes with macerators. It has a cruising speed of 28 knots (maximum 45 knots) and has a 3.5 foot draft. Galley and dinette (converts for sleeping) plus head and shower. Lots of storage!

Equipment Provided: 26 foot Robalo fishing boat. All gear, rods and bait. Proper and required floatation devices. Fly fishing gear and crab, prawn or shrimp trapping available upon request.
Transportation: Trips originate and end in Prince Rupert or Kitimat, BC.
Accommodations: Not included in the package but available at local hotels, motels and bed & breakfasts.
Meal Information: Lunch and beverages included on full day tours.
Guide Information: All guides are fully trained and certified to do their job to its full potential. They are seasoned professionals with an intimate knowledge of the local geography. We require a minimum of five years experience in our local wilderness, and on our waters, and each guide must have all the required valid certificates to host our adventures, including First Aid Certificate and Small Vessels Operators License.
Weather Information: The coastal areas of northern BC have a mild and temperate climate, but guests should be prepared for rain as well as sun. Average daytime temperatures from May to September are 10-22 degrees celsius.
