Enjoy some of the best snowmobile trails and terrain in Canada from this wonderful wilderness retreat. Set in the Rocky Mountains, on four acres of land, this house is private, surrounded by beautiful forests and a fast moving stream. The area is known for it's winter pursuits and the mountains provide an ideal variety of snowmobiling terrain, including scenic logging roads, high plateaus, and steep mountain trails. Snowmobiling through deep powder snow above the tree line is a thrill beyond compare. Bring your own snowmobiles and enjoy the many snowmobile trails in and around Dunster, Valemount and McBride. Popluar locations near Valemount include Clemina, Allen Creek, Chappell Creek and Westridge. Near McBride the designated areas include Renshaw, Bell Mountain and Mt. Lucille. These designated areas all have marked and groomed trails into the backcountry, and some have warming huts and cabins. Snowmobile guides and snowmobile rentals can also be arranged.

The rental home sits on the hillside of the Rocky Mountains and you look across the valley to a wonderful view of the Cariboo Mountains. There is a wrap around deck on two sides of the house, with a hot tub just beyond the deck. The interior of the house is very spacious, tastefully decorated with modern comfortable furnishings including a large, fully equipped, up to date kitchen. You can hear the wonderful sound of the mountain stream in all seasons. This is a wonderful rental for large and small families, couples and sledders.
Nature trails with short and longer hikes are just outside the door.
Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, is a 20 minute drive and Jasper Park is an hour away.

| Suggested Clothing: Warm coat, snowmobile suit, winter boots, fleece and wool underclothes, scarf, gloves, mittens, slippers, wool socks, toque or warm hat, swimsuit. |

| Restrictions: 2 night minimum stay. A damage deposit equivalent to 2 nights rent must be paid at the time of final payment. |

| Equipment Provided: There is a wide variety of sports equipment for basketball, volleyball, badminton, and bocce A number of indoor games are available in the house as well. Bedding and towels are provided.

| Transportation: Trips originate and end at the house near Dunster, BC. The house is 35 km from Valemount or McBride and about a 20 minute drive from Mt. Robson. |
| Accommodations: There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two double beds, 1.5 bathrooms, satellite TV, a full kitchen and all household appliances. A 6-8 person hot tub sits just off the deck. The house also has DVD/VCR, Internet access, stereo/CD player, BBQ, telephone, washer/dryer. Wood stove in the basement and mud room area to store and dry clothing. Garage and plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers. Circular driveway for drive-thru convenience. |
