This is a fun filled logistical challenge where your team must use their best leadership skills, communication skills, team efforts, resources and common sense to complete the tasks given to them. By the end of the day your entire team will have learned a great deal about search and rescue techniques, and how these skills will enhance their current skills in an office environment.
The premise is your team has volunteered for the Canadian Search and Rescue (CSAR) and they have just been tasked to do their first mission. Though they have had training, the training continues on the job (each guide will assist with the necessary knowledge as well as information "how to" sheets at each site). It has been a busy day in the mountains and there are 6 (or 7) different rescue missions that your team will be on (a round robin style where the teams move through different scenarios). Scenerios include rescuing a hiker that has fallen off a ledge, evacuating an unconscious person, rescuing a child from an island and saving a dog who has fallen into a cave system.
