The focus is to get guests to feel comfortable on their skis and ensuring they have the required technique before heading out out on the tour on set tracks in a pristine setting with a "back country" feel. No intimidating crowds, just the sound of the snow as your skis glide effortlessly across it and an abundance of photo opportunities. Your guide is a certified ski instructor through the Canadian Association of Nordic Ski Instructors.
Ask about the combination program. A morning of snow shoeing, a campfire lunch and then off in the afternoon to enjoy the excellent trails on cross country skis!

Transportation: Trips originate and end near Canmore, Alberta.
Accommodations: Not included in the price but available at local hotels, lodges and bed & breakfasts.
Meal Information: Half day tour includes snack and drink. Lunch can be added for an additional $10. Full day tour includes lunch and hot drink.
Guide Information: Professional certified interpretive guides have many years of experience in guiding in the Rocky Mountains. The guides are certified ski instructors through Canadian Association of Nordic Ski Instructors.
Weather Information: Winter temperatures average from -5 to -20 degrees celsius.
