Group skills workshop

This half-day teambuilding workshop is ideal for project, sales and management teams. It will provide your team with a better understanding of how people work and communicate differently and how to apply this information to communicate more effectively with others. This corporate workshop comes highly recommended and has been found to provide an excellent foundation for other experiential programs. Everyone has distinctive ways of thinking, feeling and acting which reflect their individual identities. This teambuilding workshop will provide you with tools to help you to develop better relationships with your clients and co-workers. This workshop presents material in a self-directed, self-interpreting system that allows participants to learn through their own experience. Because this learning comes to participants through experience its value and application will be readily apparent.

Teambuilding workshop participants will increase their ability to: - Communicate openly and effectively - Recognize the strengths and blindspots of their communication style - Bring creativity to problem solving - Understand individuals diverse work/communication styles - Co-operate with and support others - Better adapt to new learning and change - Identify strategies for communicating to the clients' perspective.

Transportation: The outdoor facility is located in Alberta's Parkland region near Sylvan Lake. It is nestled in a secluded setting among lofty poplar and aspen trees. Located 15 minutes west of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, approximately 60 minutes from both Edmonton and Calgary Airports.
Accommodations: Assistance with local accommodations is available.
Guide Information: All programs are structured to meet the specific needs of your organization and facilitated by a professional.
Comments: Programs are designed to meet your goals and budget. Outdoor programming runs from March to November, with peak programming months being May and September. Indoor programs are available year round at a location of your choice.
