The exciting 'Orca & Grizzly Bear' trip combines majestic killer whales with the rare opportunity to see the powerful, grizzly bear. You voyage up scenic Knight Inlet to watch grizzly bears feed on spawning salmon in a mountain river. From the safety of the raised viewing platforms, local bear guides will inform and educate you. These islands protect a wealth of wildlife and native cultural history.

| Equipment Provided: The fully equipped vessel has safety equipment, electronic navigation, two inflatable rafts for onshore exploration and double kayaks are available for use. |
| Transportation: Trips originate and end in Port McNeill, BC located on the northeast side of Vancouver Island. Transportation arrangements available. |
| Accommodations: Accommodations are on the Island Odyssey or Island Roamer, a 68 foot ketch. The boat features 8 private cabins, 3 heads with hot showers, a large lounge with library and a fully equipped galley. |
| Meal Information: The meals aboard have been described has excellent, gourmet and abundant. Fresh wholesome meals are served with a varied menu. |
| Guide Information: The crew are experienced sailors and naturalists with extensive knowledge of the area. They will teach you about the diverse natural history of the area. |
