Relax on this mild whitewater trip just one hour north of Vancouver. This scenic raft trip offers a gentle and comfortable way for everyone from toddlers to seniors to experience some of Canada's most spectacular river and mountain scenery. This trip is just as it sounds. There are no big whitewater sections, just a few small splashes to keep the kids excited. It’s a wonderful trip for anyone looking for a unique way to see British Columbia. The silent forests and towering peaks provide the backdrop throughout the adventure. Photographic opportunities abound. This is eagle country and you often see black bear and deer in the area.
The expedition boats used are 16-18 feet long and seat from 8 to 10 people. This trip is fully outfitted and led by talented and professionally certified guides. Most customers seem to enjoy watching them do all the paddling! The tour lasts just over 90 minutes, and makes for an ideal stop on the way to or from Whistler.
